My husband loves to try something new so he cooked our version of Chicken Manchurian Recipe.
The Manchurian is a class of Indian Chinese dish wherein you deep-fry ingredients and sauté them in a soy-sauce flavored sauce. It is not overly sweet because of the tomato ketchup, with just the right saltiness from the soy sauce and salt, plus a tinge of spicy taste from the Sriracha sauce and green chili.

*Procedure:
1. Make the chicken batter.
2. Fry until cooked and set them aside.
3. For the sauce, sauté the dry ingredients first.
4. Add the liquid ingredients and slurry. Mix well.
5. Combine the chicken well.
6. Simmer for a minute, then turn off the heat.
7. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
