For me, Cooking is Love and it gives me a feeling of happiness and accomplishment when I cook for family and friends. These are my dishes cooked at home which are simple and easy to prepare. Enjoy cooking it as much as I did!
I tried this today(7/18/24) and ang sarappp! I substituted the potato with eggplant dahil medyo naka low carb ako. Coconut cream ang ginamit ko. Na enjoy ko sya kahit walang rice. Thanks for sharing this recipe.❤👍👍❤
Used to be my favorite . I Was on Bohol from 75 to 77. Whenever we'd travel from Alicia to Tagbilaran we wound stop in Jagna and buy it... in a coconut shell sealed with a red paper tape. Thank you, haven't had it since, and now I'm motivated to make it!
Thanks for sharing this! I followed your recipe but with little salt in the beginning. It wasn't the taste I was expecting.. So I added 2 tablespoons of corn starch dilluted in 1 cup of water. Poured it slowly while simmering the pork. Lastly, I added 1 tsp of sesame oil before serving. I also sliced the bell peppers very thinly (julienned). This additional changes put this dish in a whole new level! Similar to steamed dimsum pork ribs with tausi.
