Mandi is also a kind of Dum Biryani but, it will be cooked with lots of spices with little chilli powder. Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani will get cooked with lots of spices and ghee. Lovely recipe as always 😀.. one suggestion though- I’ve noticed you use paper tissues to retain steam in food in some of your recipes, please don’t do that - those store bought ones have some amount of bleach in them which is harmful for consumption- rather use banana leaves if possible. Keep rocking - I love all your recipes!
