6. Coconut oil- 1 tsp.
7. Lime juice - 1 tsp.
Curry
1. Whole dry Kashmiri chillies - 3
2. Whole dry byadagi chillies - 2
3. Whole coriander seeds - 1 tbsp.
4. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
5. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
6. Cardamom - 3
7. Cloves - 4
8. Cinnamon - 1” piece
9. Coconut oil - 4 to 5 tbsp.
10. Onion - 2 (200gms.)
11. Salt - 1/4 tsp.
12. Green chillies - 3
13. Garlic cloves - 15
14. Ginger - 1/2 “ piece
15. Raw mango pieces - 2/3 cup
16. Hot water - 1 cup
17. Thick coconut milk - 1/ 2 cup
18. Whole spices powder - 1/4 tsp.
19. Coriander leaves
Points to remember
1. Saute onion till golden brown
2. In the beginning, cook chicken @ high heat for 2 min.
3. Quantity of mango added depends on the desired sourness .I have used 2/3 cup since the mangoes were not very sour
