I like your style yes born raised and grew up in Bensonhurst Brooklyn NYC. Almost like my style I like the baking method I usually use a Saute method with the Vodka Sauce without losing that crunch. Definitely will try your style great channel 👍

Definitely agree with the Sour Cream instead of the Heavy Cream. Same goes with my Carbonara Recipe never any heaby cream needed.
