Chef Dominick-Your hands are so large, but you handle the ingredients so gently. It’s a pleasure to watch you cook. I know much about cooking, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone show how vodka sauce is made. (Like it’s a guarded secret.) i adore shrimp and vodka blush sauce. With fettuccine. Yum.
