This easy Chicken Parmesan recipe is one of our family's favorite weeknight meals, it comes together in just a few minutes and is sooo tasty! Crispy baked chicken in a rich marinara sauce and covered in melted mozzarella cheese. This recipe is out of this world delicious and a tried and tested family favorite. Serve on a bed of spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

This looks incredible. I recommend using slices of cheese (I do provolone) and brushing the top with just a tiiiiiiny bit of olive oil before baking. It takes the golden brown crust to a whole new level. Can't wait to try your recipe.

TOTALLY just made this tonight!!! Came together really quickly and I watched the video to make sure I was doing the steps right!!! Made this for my husband and myself and when I looked up at him and saw he had cleaned the whole plate!! Definitely going to add this to the rotation in the menu!!! You guys have to try it!

My wife usually made the Parmesan dish but I mentioned I had another way of doing it. I made your recipe for my wife and kids and they loved it! As side dishes, I cooked green beans in butter and garlic and rice Pilaf. Thank you for another way of cooking a meal.

I made this recipe tonight (after watching the video last week); it was absolutely delicious! Instead of using a jar of purchased marinara sauce I used your recipe for InstantPot sauce - that is what made it so great, I think. Your recipe for sauce is better than sauces I find the supermarket (most the the prepared one are too sweet for my liking) This is a recipe I will definitely make many times. 👍😋🍲

Chicken Parmigiana is a pub staple over here in Australia, it is extremely popular and you can go crazy with the types of topping and cheeses you use :) (crusty cheese is the bomb)
