Love your griddle recipes. Will have to try these. A little LOL when you stated it was 90 degrees. Wish my area was that cool. I griddle every even in 113 degree temps. the 47 degree beer helps alot though. TY again

I know those sandwiches were very tasty! Grilled chicken coated in Italian seasoned bread crumbs with added Parmesan cheese, the garlic and butter toasted bread, the sauce & mozzarella cheese all melted YUM! 😋

Pro tip: Shred your own cheese . Pre shredded cheese has a caking agent on it to prevent sticking together.

No seasoning in the flour or at the very least on the chicken itself? The sandwiches look delicious, but probably are bland in taste I would think.

Parmesan cheese is salty, and the Italian bread crumbs are seasoned, then the sauce is tasty, and she topped the sandwich rolls with melted garlic butter plus the mozzarella cheese & basil. I’m sure they are flavorful 😋
