Chicken Pierre Casserole:
3 chicken breast cooked and shredded
1 2.5oz jar dried beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic)
1 sleeve ritz crackers crushed
1 stick of melted butter
Assemble per video instructions.
bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a 9x13 dish.

I make a cheesecake ( pie) with sour cream , used to tell people what it had , after all eeew’s I tried a different tacti , don’t tell them ! Another cheese salad ( cottage cheese ) same story they’d ask what does it have “ cottage cheese” eeew ( again) same tactic don’t discuss ! My advice to you is “ what they don’t know won’t kill’em ! “ Don’t understand people just gotta try , I didn’t like yogurt , but when Dr said your triglycerides need to come down eat “ yogurt⁉️” I tried got used to it I love it !

my hubby is one of those finicky sour cream people, but ive snuck it into dishes, and he loves it that way, he wont eat it raw like you said on tacos or anyway where its plain to see.. but yes, you are correct about it.. they will love it baked in a casserole..

Good morning, Leslie and Bryant. Your channel is such a positive ministry. You don't know me but my daughter is going to make me a grandma on August 6 (or thereabouts) and she is struggling. Her pregnancy is very high risk because of my daughter's heart condition so delivery will be a dangerous time for her. She is trying not to be afraid. All you have to do is throw the cracker crumbs into the pan of melted butter and stir. If you don't, some of the crackers will be dry and have no butter at all.

I used to make this but we put the whole dried beef (after washing because it was so salty) on the bottom of dish, added whole breasts and then the sauce and topping. Makes me want to cook it ur way too.

The dried beef used to be chipped and it was so much better that way. I don't like it this way now. My Grampap used to work at armour's in Pittsburgh. He was kicked by a cow there and died of a blood clot. Sad. Thanks for sharing

Ritz crackers are the best I use them for my Mac and cheese and I use it for baked shrimp or fish love it so much I make a chicken brocolli casserole with the ritz cracker on top

I have that exact old tupperware bowl that was my late mom's, only it's in a green color, the lid is long gone. It's the best 'big' bowl for mixing!

I make something close to this casserole..It poppy seed chicken..The only different is no dry beef and add 1 tablespoons of poopy seed into mix...Thank for a good casserole..😊🐔🍽

I did catering for many years. I have found for Chicken Salad, Casseroles, Soups and anytime I need cooked chicken that it has so much extra flavor if instead of boiling it, which really takes away alot of the flavor that if I use Bone in Skin on Chicken Breast and I roast them in the oven it is tastier and juicier. I just drizzle a little olive or avocado oil on it and season with just salt and pepper. I roast at 375 for 25 to 35 minutes. Once cooked I let it cool long enough to handle it, then remove the skin and chicken from the bones and I shred it. People raved about my chicken salad and casseroles and the only difference was the cooking of the chicken. Try that sometime. I think you will find your dishes have so much more flavor than just using boiled chicken. Your casserole sounds different. The only thing I have ever used the dried beef for is the creamed beef over toast or I have used it in a cheeseball before. I have never had it any other way.

I would not put the sour cream but I would not use Yogurt either by my thought is I would use extra cream of chicken soup…. I do not care for sour cream or cream cheese because they add a sour taste I do not like. My mama use to make dried beef gravy and it was amazing over crispy buttered toast!!!
