In the video you said the cook time was about 40 minutes but in the recipe online it says 12-15 minutes. Which one is more accurate? Thanks for sharing this recipe, can’t wait to make it!

I like potatoes in my pot pies, so I use 1 russet potato along with a cup of frozen mixed vegetables.

I love this recipe. Have made it several times. It's plenty for 2. Leigh Ann, would you make a small batch taco soup. We eat a lot of that down south in cold weather.

Gosh …I realize this came out a year ago but I’m just now finding you! I LOVE your videos …My husband and I are fairly new empty nesters and I could not figure out how to reduce my recipies…He likes a little sweet on the weekends but not an entire cake or batch of cookies that he and I both don’t need to eat🥰…I have also given your info to some of our Pts trying to have more portion control 👍

Trader Joe’s used to have the most delicious crust because it had butter. It’s now close to regular grocery store garbage with its palm oil. I am so disappointed
