INGREDIENTS
500 grams Chicken on the bone
4 Nos Dried red chillies
1-inch piece Ginger roughly mashed
½ tbsp Pepper powder for marination
Juice of half a lemon
salt to taste
2 - 3 tbsp Oil for cooking
Whole spices, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, cardamom
2 medium Potatoes cut into slices and fried in a pan
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a pan and add in the whole spices.
When the spices begin to splutter add the marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover and cook the chicken for approx. 20 minutes or till the chicken is tender.
Open the cover and dry up the liquid.
Add the fried potatoes and mix well.
Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish.
