Ingredients for fried rice:
➡️ Cooking oil
➡️ Half cup white part of green onion
➡️ 1 Cup thin sliced cabbage
➡️ Half cup thin sliced carrots
➡️ Green onion
Spices:
➡️ 1 Teaspoon salt
➡️ 1 Teaspoon black pepper
➡️ Half teaspoon chicken powder
➡️ 1 Tablespoon soya sauce
Scrambled eggs:
➡️ 3 Eggs
➡️ Half teaspoon black pepper
➡️ 2 pinch of turmeric
Ingredients for fried chicken:
➡️ 700g cubed boneless chicken
➡️ 1 & half tablespoon plain flour
➡️ 1 Egg
Spices:
➡️ 1 Teaspoon salt
➡️ 1 Teaspoon chilli flakes
➡️ Half teaspoon black pepper
➡️ Quarter teaspoon onion powder
➡️ Quarter teaspoon garlic powder
➡️ 1 Tablespoon soya sauce
Ingredients for Chicken Shashlik:
➡️ 2 Tablespoon oil
➡️ 2 Tablespoon chopped garlic
➡️ 1 Onion cut into cubes
➡️ 1 Bell pepper/Capsicum cut into cubes
➡️ 1 cup ketchup
Spices:
➡️ 1 Teaspoon salt
➡️ 1 Tablespoon chilli flakes
➡️ 1 cup hot water
➡️ 1 Tablespoon soya sauce
➡️ 1 Tablespoon vinegar
➡️ Quarter teaspoon sugar
➡️ 1/2 cup corn flour slurry
