No way shawarma is not made with red chillies I have eaten it in Oman and there is no chilli as Arabs/Turkish do not like their food spicy. No Bhai, oh God it's absolutely not right we are not making Chinese this is a pure Turkish Middle Eastern sandwich. Please don't destroy the receipe. If you were in Dubai as you said the marination is never done with chillies. I love shawarma and if this is the way shawarma is made in Pakistan, no way don't want it.
