Bey's soup is one of the best soups you can prepare. We prepare it with chicken, carrots, onions, garlic and celery. Depending on whether you like it, you can put okra and you don't have to.
The soup is super healthy and delicious and definitely an appetizer that you must try.
INGREDIENTS :
chicken (drumstick and drumstick)
carrots

celery
garlic
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 egg
RECIPE:
✅ Fry chicken in butter for 5 minutes and add vegetables: carrots, onions, garlic and celery
✅ Add 1 liter of water and simmer for 30 minutes
✅ After 30 minutes, remove the meat and vegetables and cut them into small pieces with a knife
✅ Blend 1/3 of the vegetables and return the rest to the sherpa. We also return the chicken inside and add the vegetables that we blended.
✅ Add parsley, salt, pepper, dry spice and simmer for 30 minutes
✅ In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix with the broth and cook for another 5 minutes with stirring
