Tumeric powder-optional
Negro pepper- hwentia
Rosemary spice
Seasoning cube or powder
Star anise
Aniseed- nkentenkete- optional
Bayleaves
Cloves(pɛprɛ)
Salt - to taste
TO MAKE GRAVY OR STEW
Oil- use any of your choice
4 - Large Onions, 3 and half blended with ginger and garlic and the remaining chopped
Habanero Pepper -to your taste
2 calabash nutmeg(wedea aba)-optional,
Tin fish, sardines,corned beef- optional
half tsp cloves, half tsp aniseed, half tsp cumin, half tsp oregano, 1 tsp rosemary blend together
2 - Fresh Tomatoes
1 medium size can - Tomato Paste
1tbsp - Shrimp Powder -optional
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Tumeric powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
Seasoning or stock cubes (use in moderation)
