Tandoori Chicken Ingredients
6 boneless chicken thigh
3/4 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cayenne powder ( or more/ chili powder)
1/2 tsp paprika( run out)
1 tsp fenugreek powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
*** pre-heat the oven 470 F-240 C for 10-15 minutes. Then bake chicken for 12-15 minutes. Baste with the remaining yoghurt mixture then bake for another 12-15 minures, Turn over chicken and cook 8-10 mins more or untill it is done.
*** I run out of anato seed powder for more deeper color, I cannot also put chili , the lady of the house can't eat chili. Nevertheless , this is so tasty that we have it twice in a week,.
*** I served it with CARROT & BEET with MINT ORANGE SALAD DRESSING and MY HOMEMADE YELLOW RICE.
