I’ve never met a child that did not like chicken tenders. Same goes for adults! They’re addictive finger food that we can’t get enough of. However, they can be quite unhealthy as they’re deep fried so we started making our own!

Tried these tonight and they were phenomenal ! Just added a little taco seasoning to the breadcrumbs to jazz it up a bit and we loved it ! Thank you for these delicious, yet easy and healthy recipes !
