Today, I am sharing chicken wrap recipe . Quick and easy chicken wrap recipe with best yogurt mayo sauce! When you have not enough time for cooking make this quick chicken wrap for your lunch boxes. Your kids will also love it!
CHICKEN WRAP RECIPE
Ingredients:
For Chicken
-Chicken strips 300 gms
-Yogurt 2 tbs
-Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
-Red chili powder 1 tsp
-Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
-Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
-Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Oil 2 tbs
For Yogurt Mayo Sauce
-Yogurt 1 cup
-Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
-Cumcumber ( grated & Squeezed water ) 2-3 tbs
-Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbs
-Salt 1/4 tsp
-Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
Assembling:
-Tortilla bread
- Red cabbage
- Onion
- Tomato
- Lettuce leaves
Directions:
-In a frying pan add, chicken, yogurt, garlic powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice and oil. mix all the ingredients well and turn on the flame. cook on high flame for2-3 minutes then cover and cook for5-7 minutes on low flame ( if there is some water cook until dry). set aside.
- In a bowl add, yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber, fresh coriander, salt and papprika powder. mix all the ingredients well.
- YOGURT MAYO SAUCE IS READY!
Assembling:
-Take a tortilla, add some yogurt mayo sauce, cooked chicken, red cabbage, onion, tomato, lettuce leaves and some yogurt sauce on top.
-Roll as shown in the video.
-Grease a frying pan with oil, place the chicken wrap and grill from all sides.
