For White sauce
- Butter 1 tbs
- All purpose flour 1 tbs
-Milk 1cup
-Salt 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
-A pinch of nutmeg powder
For Coating
- Eggs 2
- Milk 2 tbs
-Salt 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
