2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce/buffalo sauce
1 tbsp mustard sauce
Lemon 1
Black pepper
Salt
Peprika 1/2 tsp
CHICKEN MARINATION:
Thin flattened Chicken fillets 6-7
Salt 1+1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Peprika 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
FOR COATING:
Flour 1+1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Peprika 1 tsp
Salt
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
