INGREDIENTS:
For Shashlik:
500g chicken
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 3-4 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp or 1 chicken cube
Ketchup 1 cup
Water 1 + 1/2 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp+ 1/4 cup water
For Fried Rice :
Basmati Rice 700g( fully boiled )
Oil 1/4 cup
Eggs 2-3
Chopped carrots 1 cup
Chopped capsicums 1 cup
Chopped cabbage / Green Onion
Salt as required
Soya sauce 3-4 tbsp
White pepper 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp or 1 chicken cube .
You can adjust the spices as per your taste
