OOOH! Gluten Free Pasta can be so tasty. Wheat isn’t what is used to be as it was back in the days, too much synthetics chemicals and pesticides … they are for sure trying to K1ll us off quicker these days! How did you prepare your chick pea pasta?

I buy the dry beans, then soak them for a few hours, cook an entire batch then freeze them to save time. I don’t appreciate the preservatives/chemicals that are used, including in the lining of canned goods.
