hello Heghine jan, today I cooked this soup, without chickpea, (I didn't have it on hand) but instead I added a handful of basmati rise, my soup turned out so delicious, very hearty & healthy, thank you very much for inspiring me to try to cook today :)

I love cooked garlic, raw garlic, baked garlic, garlic granules/powder...any kind of garlic. I put raw garlic on my sandwiches. Soup looks absolutely delicious ..thanks for sharing.

I love soups, too - both cooking and eating them :) It's like doing magic. I remember my grandma and mom cooking soups almost every day. I would always stand beside them mesmerized by the whole process of adding all the ingredients. I see the same magic watching your cooking show - spirit raising. It simply feels like home although as far as I can tell I have no connections to Armenia. P.S. Cooked garlic isn't a delicacy for me, as well.

This dish is interesting. My partner is Indian(We live in the UK). It's rather similar to the Punjabi dish "chhole bhaturi", which means a chick pea curry with fried naan breads, which I enjoy. Unfortunately, because of age and illness, she is unable to do this now ( explanations another time). I can cook these things. What you've come up with seems to be a "cross breed" between lentil dhal and chhole bhaturi(both of which I enjoy). Thanks so much. I'm certainly going to try this. I think she'll like it.
