This is so upsetting. As an At Large Citizen, I feel like we don't get to show our heritage. It's getting ripped from us again

The governor needs to resign from office I stand with Cherokee nation on are car tags

Governor Stitt is not only on an ego trip but a ego trip on steroids. Pride comes before a fall. Humility comes before honor.

I have a pikepass and they charge it Everytime im on a turnpike so governor is getting money from me and I have tribal tags.

Chief Hoskin is so right. It’s a true fact u bring out. Governor Stitt needs to pull his head out his (Bahooka) and listen to the Chief. He doesn’t like that he tells and truth he got busted. Oh wow, yes we are Oklahomans he forgets that. We all vote too.

Gov Stitt needs to take a high school bookkeeping class and learn how to see who owes what. He’s also why I won’t move to Oklahoma.

I'm neither a Cherokee, nor an Oklahoman, but I wish you well on this.

I'm moving back across the river to be in Cherokee Nation.

I’ve always been proud of our ability to control and issue our Cherokee Nation car tags. It’s incredibly disheartening to watch Gov. Stitt’s vindictive actions. Keep fighting the good fight on our behalf, Chief!

Thank you, Chief Hoskin, for clarity on this unfortunate political maneuver but a failing government in Oklahoma. I pray for honest politics outside the Reservation, even as it is inside our lands. As an At Large Cherokee, I respect your efforts for our people.

Wado Chief Hoskins! Thank you so much for keeping us informed as to your efforts in this matter of car tags. As an outside Cherokee citizen keep up your negotiations! You are right to give this opportunity to buy car tags outside of the nation in Oklahoma with the ability to drive anywhere in the United Stated as before! Don’t give up!!!!

One thing I am not clear on is, on January 1, 2025, the at large tags will not be valid or will they be valid until their expiration date.

Will at large living In Ottawa County have to re register our vehicles and get tags from the state on vehicles already registered with CN and already tagged???

What's his Grudge?

We have Pikes Pass and pay our fees.
