The Kansas City Chiefs pulled off a comeback win at home last night, beating the Las Vegas Raiders 30 to 29 even though they were just over a touchdown favorite according to FOX Bet Sportsbook. Patrick Mahomes threw 4 touchdowns - all going to Travis Kelce. Derek Carr and the Raiders had a chance to tie the game late in the fourth, but opted to go for the 2-point conversion to take the lead and came up short. Carr isn’t getting enough credit for that throw to adams for his 2nd touchdown. My lord that was one of the best throws I’ve ever seen. I vividly have a throw by Brady and one by Rodgers entrenched in my head that I’ll never forget, and I think this one joined them. Absolutely perfect.

that’s crazy you aren’t crazy to think of that. i woke up in shock when it was 17-0 but chiefs just scored 17-6 and i’m like yea.. this isn’t over. but the raiders did the right thing. “taking the ball out of mahomes hand” in order to beat mahomes is taking the final possession from him. Raiders couldn’t clutch up, it didn’t matter the 17-0 lead. anyone takes 1 point wins vs the chiefs. it’s sad Raiders are 1-4 but don’t be upset, it’s patrick mahomes. he’s 23-3 in his divison and i hardly remember the 3 losses.

I think that Andy Reid didn’t trust his kicker who missed two tries if I remember correctly. McDaniels had no excuse not going for the PAT to tie the game, especially with Daniel Carlson being the kicker.

In my opinion that Bogus holding call the Raiders got on the field goal try was karma for the horrible roughing the passer call KC got. On top of that I also saw LV get away with a false start and I believe on that last drive there was clear holding on Jones that wasn't called. It wasn't the refs fault LV lost it was bad coaching that cost them the game.

People give Mahomes a lot of credit, but give Andy Reid some credit. The playcalling during that come back was great. The way he made Hardiman the focus once they decided to double Kelce was great. Mahomes made the throws, but Reid/Bienymy really spotted the mismatches and made several adjustments.
