@JayDee-w3d Dricus resume is not close to Izzy. His only noteworthy wins are Whittaker and Izzy so idk what resume you're talking about. He barely beat Sean who lost to Cannonier and Alex(Izzy beat both of them). And Kelvin won one round and was never the same after all the damage he took, got dropped like 4x or something? That fight wasn't close.

Sorry bro, there's no rational argument for Dricus resume being better than Izzy's. He beat Izzy true, that's the peak of his career just like Strickland but until either of them reign for 5+ title defenses they're not even in the conversation for greatest middleweight careers of all time which are objectively Silva and Izzy.
The last thing Izzy needs to do now is take time off. His biggest weapon was his activity and momentum. He looked good (compared to the SS fight) but at the same time very rusty in his last fight. I say he takes winner of this weekends main event or winner of Allen v Imavov

Izzy doesn't look good in the ring. Being knocked out a few times does this to fighters.I would say Izzy vrs Strickland but honestly Strickland vrs a different number 1 contender. Izzy is fast becoming like Tony Ferguson

No dummy. DDP went to a split decision with Sean and Izzy just got sub by DDP. I love the idea of Jiri dropping to 185 and fighting Izzy that would be a wild and brutal fight.
