Material A
50gr cheese filling
30gr butter
50gr liquid milk
50gr blue key flour
10gr cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp baking powder (can be skipped, if you don't use baking powder, bake first before slit 12 minutes, baking time is about 1 hour, can't be 40 minutes)
Material B
3 egg whites
50gr sugar
1 slice of lime juice
Electric oven
Temperature 180C fire up and down for 8 minutes, remove, cut 2
Return to the oven at 170-180C, fire up and down for 12 minutes

Lower the temperature to 150C fire up, down 180C for 20 minutes
Lower the temperature to 140C top and bottom fire for 30-40 minutes

Bake at 160C for 10 minutes.
