Yep. Works. I did the shin one, and I had my son within 12 hours. No lie I contacted and dilated very quickly also. I was about 4cm in just a couple hours!

We tried this and roughly about 14-15 hours later contractions started and water broke on the due date of our first baby. Not sure if it was because of this or not but there were absolutely no signs before so it did seem to work. Thanks!

As soon as I start these exercises my braxton hicks go CRAZY. However it's been like this for the whole week 😭 nipple stimulation and all the other methods cause these 'fake' BH contractions that never progress to the real thing wth is the purpose of them ?
