I am from India. I speak very fast. I don't stutter much while talking to my friends but I do stutter , when I try to tell something new sometimes .So I was gone to ENT specialist once and she told me to follow same way of breathing while speaking that you just described and she said that It will help stop stuttering...She also said to use my finger to count while speaking because that will distract my mind and I can speak better... Dear Patricia Thanks for your explanation its useful ,I have boy age 5-6 years old ,he has stuttering very strongly and some time been block !. We are from Iraq there's not place or center and specialist for it !? so really appreciate if you send me the practice course or program to trying to get better and ending it . Salah
