I was heavily depressed about my child support, suspended license (10years). Can't work in a legit job, they take to much out. Called a deadbeat dad, that's funny I talk to my daughters ever day and financially help out when I can. This system has fucked my life up. Rick has given us the power to take are lives back. @anthonydixon69 They moved the case from Rosenberg to San Antonio....they are toying to prolong the case. They know the case was fraud and that they did another illegal process by moving the problem to another county. No jurisdiction ,false documentation, trying to avoid Supreme Court. Jail and lawsuits.
Buddy of mine tried this. He was thrown in jail for contempt. Guess he popped off to one of the guards, so they threw him in a cell with some "Alternative Lifestyle" Moors. They ganged up on him, and, well... Suffice it to say he was repeatedly "violated". He has paid child support ever since he got out, never questioned anything again. Completely went with the program now that he is a changed man...
I see exactly what you mean about the people always needing proof. All of my friends and coworkers on child support that i explain this stuff to always need proof. I always ask them if they also asked for proof when child support claimed they owed a debt and started raping their paychecks and income tax? Did you ask for proof of paternity when they said the child was yours? If you didnt ask for proof from the people who are stealing your money then why are you asking for proof from someone who is trying to offer free advice and insight on how to help you? I have been working on my own paperwork for about two months now and it is very stressful and time consuming. I unfortunately do not have funds to donate or i would gladly give every penny i could spare. I am kind of lucky in a way as i have the ability to do my paper work and research at work doing graveyard security but it is very slow going. But i will not rest until i see people going to jail. I dont care about settling out of court and getting my money back. My only objectives are to end my child support and see the people responsible put behind bars so maybe the next fake judge might think twice. I would gladly join you in federal court and follow up with my own case. The more people who prosecute these people to the maximum, the better off the rest of the nation will be.

When i got behind and had arrears my x sued me for the arrears and while in court judge asked me "If you couldnt keep up with the full payments than why did you AGREE to the order ? She asked why i agreed so that proves its an agreement . My x wanted judge to lock me up for arrears and judge told her no. Judge told her it makes no sense that she is suing for money but wants me to go to jail . Judge told my x and her lawyer that "HE HAS RIGHTS YOU KNOW " when they asked for motion to enforce jail time
I got put on civil child support probation and when I went to orientation the officer told us he has no authority over us and they are just "CONTRACTED" to supervise
This paperwork is Killer folks. I have been fighting these vultures since 2009. Paying Support since 2000. What Rick is asking is nothing, compared to what an attorney wants. I got a boat load of information for chump change. I could not put the paperwork down once I started reading it. I have seen a lot of paperwork, Rick's is the best I have seen, and I also listen to Amen Osiris's videos. There is not an attorney that will touch child support! I spent almost 6 months in prison and was labeled a felon, because of an alleged debt, that I found out I don't owe. My ex or kids were never on welfare either. You can keep taking it up your backside or spend the price of a ticket to Disneyland and start to fight back. I will not quit until I get all of my money back and compensation for what these SOB's have done. The Bible says a workman is worthy of his wages. Rick, has a lot of time and energy into this. We already know his stuff is working. I only know Rick from this sight, I get nothing no payment to talk him up. Look at all the paperwork he shows you. Rick is not responsible for our situations. Don't be an idiot and bad mouth a man you know nothing about. What he is asking is nothing. What he is asking he can get for just one of his writs. I'm on a fixed income at 62 years of age and still paying a mortgage. You could feed 6 or 7 people at Chili's for what he is asking. BTW; even as a disabled veteran I am still having to pay an attorney over $1000. to represent me in court. I doubt if she is even aware of these procedures. shoot I dont know where you can find an attorney for $150. consult -intake fee..... ( most wont take your case with this kind of paperwork. they will Take all of your $$$ though and because they are a Contracted MEMBER (in good standing?) with the Courts and BAR Club they these lawyers do NOT want you to become Free Clear and Knowing/ Educated. You are their bread & butter and Yacht - Condo payments. They work for the SYSTEM that put you in this situation. They are NOT Working for YOU the client. But the will take your money.) heck we all spend more on Starbucks for lousy coffee every week.

I know this status is old, but I'm in a similar situations. I have a 9yr old and 7yr old that I have been taking care of them since birth by myself with no help from her because she refuse to get off her but and get a job.havent had a job in 7 years. Birthday, holidays back to school I do all that even provided food for them when it hot close them he end of the month because she would sell all her food stamps for cash. They stay with her monday- Thursday in her rent free apartment friday-sun they with me, my wife and my other son were I also provide for them a clean house, food, clean room, clean sheets, clean clothes and game systems. I also keep contact with school when it comes to getting medical stuff right for school and having to pick them up from school when they have a strong bad odor because they mom to careless to wash clothes. On oct.5.2017 I was notified by my job who only pays me 11.75hr with possible overtime that my check will be garnish and I have to get full coverage insurance 4me and my kids order by the child support service in the total of $479mo. On top of my rent, and like 6 other bill that I have to take care of to maintain stability. All this and I'm the 1 who been taking care of my kids needs. It not cool or fair. I love all 3 of my kids so it hurts me that she decided to put me on child support and take away from me what I use to make sure my kids have everything they need. I would stop getting them as much as I do but I'm the one who also have to be Bea positive role model to them and I wouldn't put them in this situation and they need me. A household without a father creates chaos. On top of that she have a dauther who she gave birth to 11mo ago who father never help provide anything for her child. The good father get the bad end because of her laziness and his lack of ability to be a father to his daughter. Someone please help

quick question, is husband still required to pay child support to his kid if he's not even attending school since he was placed back with the mother in 2015? he became a dad at age 14 and he does not want anything to do w his dad (my husband ). he's been in juvenile several times already. when the judged placed him in our custody for a year, he did excellent. went to school every day, had all passing grades, attitude was different, teachers and principal saw a 360 change and thanked us with what we were doing for him. the judged placed him back with the mother and he stopped doing good. the kid made a choice and wanted to do bad, so why should my husband keep paying cs to the mother for the kid when he stopped going to school, is running the streets, getting high and drunk, and wants nothing to do with his dad??? the til his 18 bullcrap is retarded....the kid is doing grownup things, so he should stop getting child support and have him pay child support for his baby daughter...the system is retarded!!! texas sucks big time on that!!!
