This is the main issue with being on child support people automatically assume you're not taking care of your kids. I am so sick of people judging us men like this when they know this is a corrupt system and it's tired, This country is going to suffer over this because people are not going to want kids for this very thing the human race doomed itself with this crap.

It’s funny you say”take care of your kids” but if you are a victim of this child support system, you aren’t always in the position to take care of your kids,yourself and pay child support financially. No man signs up for this trap.

Great information… sad part is everyone know the system fraud and yet anything is done.. more so.. child support court and family court is separate, meaning they’re more concerned for the expenses of a child vs actually being in the child life…

I didn't find out about my daughter for 16 years. Until the night I was arrested for child support. Our cases are almost identical.. I was never given the chance to take care of her. I didn't even know she existed. 10mil? That's cheap, I am going after all of the people involved in the case as a corporation, and then each individual from the night I was arrested, down to the last court date. They can keep what I paid in. I want paid for every MINUTE..I sat in a cell. not to mention how everyone violated their OATH OF OFFICE. I have been researching all of this for a long time.. I have learned so much. ITS EXTORTION.

USC TITLE 18 1028 section 1508 Section 1028 of Title 18 designates three special non-federal identification documents and gives them preferred treatment. These three documents, in the absence of a national identity card, are the prime means by which an individual establishes his identity in the United States. The three documents are: (A) birth certificate; (B) driver's license; and (C) personal identification card. "Birth Certificate" is not defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1028 since it is self-explanatory. This document is issued by different agencies in different states and foreign countries. Nevertheless, it represents the official governmental statement by the proper government agency that a person having such a name was born on a particular date in a particular place of specific parentage. Obviously, a birth certificate is not intended to actually identify the person who claims such a document pertains to him. There are few physical characteristics that remain the same as those at the time of birth. Nevertheless, the birth certificate has become "commonly accepted" as an identification document in this country. "Driver's License" is not defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1028. The original purpose of this government issued document was to state that a particular person was authorized to operate a vehicle upon the public roadways. It was not intended to establish one's identity. Because of the absence of a better document, however, the driver's license eventually has become "commonly accepted" as the "national identity card." Section 1028 covers both domestic as well as foreign government issued driver's licenses. "Personal Identification Card" is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1028(d)(4) to mean "an identification document issued by a State or local government solely for the purpose of identification . . . . "This definition would appear to limit such documents to those issued by domestic (i.e., within the United States) governmental entities in contrast to the first two (birth certificates and driver's licenses). This document is normally issued by state departments of motor vehicles to provide an identification document for those persons who do not for some reason obtain a driver's license. In 1979, the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Laws and Ordinances, authors of the Uniform Vehicle Code (UVC), provided for the issuance of identification cards for non-drivers and restrictions on the unlawful use of such cards. The UVC, which serves as the model state code for vehicular matters, defines a "personal identification card" as "a document issued by the department [of motor vehicles] for the sole purpose of identifying the bearer and not authorized for use as a driver's license." The problem with going for 50/50 through a judicial process not administrative is youre now volunteering for child support. Remember its in the courts, " all courts " best interest to have a big winner and a big loser. Let that sink in. In my opinion the only way around this for fathers who do want to be apart of their children's lives is to make sure you specifically address your custody desire but under no circumstances agree to child support being implemented. Unfortunately this in most cases wont sit well with judges in your favor. Now what? Work things out with your ex or await your children turning 18 and repair, repatch your relationship at that time. Or agree to child support

the problem is we have a basic understanding on whats really taken place ...do realize that they don't speak english but they speak legalese, when someone makes a claim against you you have to respond back to it. learn contract law and how to legally respond to a presumption. if you claim to be a us citizen you give them jurisdiction over you so all of your rights are automatically waived . child support is not unconstitutional. ITS THE WAY THE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY WENT ABOUT ESTABLISHING JURISDICTION THAT VIOLATES THE SEPARATION OF POWERS. ALL CHILD SUPPORT IS IS A LAWSUIT . LEARN CONTRACT LAW .Contracts are also govern under the constitution and because the judge took an oath to uphold the constitution he/she can make orders pertaining to the constitution.

The gentleman is getting into technicalities. It’s not really voluntary as soon as you sign a birth certificate you’re the father and when you go through a divorce, they automatically put you on child support as part of the divorce. Been there done that I get what he saying, technically it is voluntarily, but you would literally have to know the loopholes. joint custody doesn’t relieve you from pain Child Support people have this misconception if you have the exact same time as your ex, but you make more money than them they will collect child support from you and that’s the biggest problem that I have with the system because now you’re being punished because you make more money than the other person, even though you have the child, the exact same amount of time, and in my opinion, that makes it a scam

I love this sadly Hamilton County Ohio system is solely about the money not the safety and if she's white she wins mother state... Also Im going through it I instantly knew it was fraud when I was a medical high risk pregnancy bed rest and they didn't tell me to bring any paperwork of any kind with me and when I told her she asked if I had any medical problems at the court she literally said well I see you on your taxes you only made $10,000 this year I'm going to put that she made $15,000. And I didn't owe anything I went to prison for a year my parents had my kids that I signed them over to willingly because they were conned into getting something called kinship benefits for while I was locked up I was told to pay that back I paid that back but I was never told that I had to refile for termination I was just told pay this back and it's over and guess what $6,000 later after the pandemic It's not over.ill go to jail i have my kids...

Big dog what about my situation, I had my parental rights taken away. But still have to pay child support. I just want to see my son. In the beginning his mom asked for supervised visitation and I missed the intake. I was young and dumb. Plus upset I had to do supervised visitation for no reason. I was just as qualified to be a parent as the mother was so why did I have to have supervised visitation. The reason they gave me was because I was a first time father and they didn’t know if I could handle it because they had no evidence to say I could. After missing the intake his mom went for full custody and got it then one year later went and had my rights taken away.

How do you make the playing field even?? When the courts are corrupt, the system is corrupt and you have a low wage income and can’t afford a good attorney. I can’t tell you as a single mother what I’ve been through in court, I have two children I have full time that live with me and two children I pay child support for I’ve filed numerous of modifications and reviews and have not got any help my only options is to hire an attorney.

But what happens when you don't have the money to file all that paperwork because it's like $150 to file anything it's just a catch-22 all the way around the board and what if you ain't got the money for a lawyer then what do you do

It's true if you are an unmarried father in the state of California and your child's mother is receiving assistance from the government or the state like food stamps and section 8 and even if the baby mama tells the court do not put my child's father on child support they will ignore her and you will be placed on child support automatically if you do not live in the same household and that is a big problem because when you are placed on child support automatically in the system this is why they want you to sign the birth certificate and this is why if you are an unmarried father and you want parental rights the first thing they do is make you do a DNA test that or they can have you 100% so at any time if the mom request food stamps you will automatically be placed on child support😮😮😮😮😮
