It’s Sunday here, & I’m going to a picnic! This looks much easier to take already made than all the ingredients seperate!! Plus, this recipe will sure make an “indoor picnic” come cold weather!!!! Hope you never stop your show!! ❤❤
This looks great for a church supper ! Nathan's hot dogs are my favourite .My husband and I used to go to Nathan's in New York often when we lived up there.
Made this yesterday and it was amazing Catherine👍I made your chili and it was great, I did add some kidney beans cause hubby loves beans in his chili!! Thanks so much🤗
Gonna have to make this because I love the ingredients!!! And I am guessing leftovers would freeze nicely and then pop in the microwave to warm up another day and enjoy again. Yum!😋
YummmmmMeeeeeeee Will definitely be making this one!! At least once a week, I cook supper to take to my brother, now that our Mom has joined our dad in heaven. This past week, I fixed a beef roast, green beans and some UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS fried green tomatoes. But my brother loves chili and tater tots, so I know he’ll freak out with this dish! Thanks as always Ms Catherine & Mr Cameraman. So sweet that he helps you with these videos! Loving & helpful spouses make such a difference for their family and anyone else who crosses their paths. Like viewers 😉 Very encouraging… especially these days! 👋🏻🙏🏻🤗
Hi there, I finally made your French onion, ground beef and rice one skillet dish. OMG! My wife now wants this dish at least once a week. As a man, one skillet cooking is right up my alley! lol😅
Wow! Thank you so much Catherine! That homemade Chili Sauce looks absolutely delicious, as does that Casserole! I can’t wait to try this! Looks like a great summertime dish. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Have a beautiful week.
After the last 2 chili dog disappointments, I have given a lot of thought about making my own chile. My favorite brand "Wolf Brand, beanless" has become very scant of ingredients (mostly liquid with very little meat 😢😢). Your recipe looks really good, which I plan on trying it out along with the rest of your recipe. We have a brand called Coronado for hotdogs but do switch up with Nathan's and Oscar Meyer. Thank you Catherine 🎉
I did not appreciate tater tots as a child but I love them now. i love chili cheese tots and taters and chili cheese dogs. i like chili on a baked tater,
Can't wait to make this recipe! Of course using your beanless chili. This looks so yummy 😋. Love tator tot casseroles. Oh and really like cheddar in my dogs too.
I have never put celery in chili. I always buy Nathan's hit dogs. I would love this, but my son doesn't like weiners. I will make this and freeze it. I will serve it with cole slaw.
Ok I had to laugh at the beginning when you said we are going to start out with one celery stock I'm thinking one celery stock of mine in my garden would be a half of celery stock because mine are over 2 ft tall already and still growing I grow huge veggies on the homestead all organic every one is always like whats your secret to all your huge veggies and huge harvest every year I have told a few people and I keep getting told write a book on everything you do on the homestead you have so much knowledge on so many different things people need that now days.
That looks so good! I am going try it right away. If I have leftover chili and some hotdogs I also like to use my favorite pizza crust, put chili instead of pizza sauce, I sautee some onions to put on top, then put whatever cheeses you like, the slice hotdogs all over the top and bake it. A chili dog pizza!
Hello, the hotdogs I use is the Ballpark Nacho cheese brand, they are to die for, these would be good in this recipe, wouldn't change anything else on this recipe, thanks
Catherine excellent family patio picnic lunch. I do a form Keto via my Dr. I could eat this I would make half with taters half without. Probably have cauliflower flower ets on my side. I cant wait to make this
Nathan hot dogs are great. But i love a ball park hot dog. I guess because thats tbe kind my dad always make. It has to have everything on it and celery salt. Only mustard, no ketchup, we are from Chicago. I dont think people realize that their hot dog restaurants or stands dont even have it.😊
