Thanks for sharing your trip. I enjoyed the hell out of it. The “mediocre cooking” was right up my alley. That’s my style, nothing fancy just good food. I got to look into that stove setup. What camp table is that? Once again thanks for sharing. I’m in North Missouri so anything that isn’t a farm field is interesting to me😀.
Thanks! The camp table is the "CampLand Aluminum Table" which is currently $59 on Amazon. The table is great, the bag it comes in stinks (cheap zippers). The stove is a Trangia, which is super popular in northern Europe but not so much here.
I like to make a marinade for ribeye Italian dressing honey brownsugar salt pepper mustard and anything else you can think of. Grill gives a nice crusty goodness. Loving your vid, I am subscribing.
Oh my. Those look like the sand spurs we get in Florida. Most developed areas have had them eradicated. They are painful! Now they may call them something else there. 😊
Eastern montana is the same. So much dead grass. If you dont mind me askin, what do you do for work? You said you work remotely, and caught my attention. I rode my bike to glacier this summer. Its incredible.
I'm an adjunct professor - i work for five different schools. The upside is it leaves me very flexible, the downside is I need signal to work, and I like to camp in remote spots. :)
@@danschilltrips7401We are actually from Three Forks, and it is expensive there as well. It would blow you away if you knew how many celebrities lived around there.. Bozeman is just a mess anymore. Not the Montana I grew up in! See Ya
@@kenuber4014 It's a Trangia, which is popular in Europe but not in the US. I think it's the perfect overlanding rig. I like it so much that I created a channel just to show the stove in action, called "Dan's Trangia Food Adventures." :)
I didn’t realize this video mostly consisted of mediocre basic cooking. Also, please don’t feed any wildlife no matter how small and cute you may think they are.
These videos are my own journal of the trip, so I include the things that I am interested in and that I enjoyed. I’m sure yours would’ve been different.
