Love your videos I have a little tip I find settles your stomach so quick with sickness or food poisoning, ginger - one ginger biscuit and also windeze or peppermint tea 🍵 works wonder and I find once you have managed to eat the first biscuit you find you will have more as your stomach settles so much ❤️❤️❤️ them three things I’ve used so much and they work xxxx

I had a food poisoning myself when I went to Germany in December, caught salmonella from a chicken burger it was so awful omg never felt like that in my life I completely get you hope you’ve had that health card and you didn’t pay for the treatments they can get quiet expensive 😩💕much love Elle
