Emil is literally one of the best guitarists around today, I can't wait for this fucking album.

I've heard the whole album and none of you are ready for it nor can you judge it off this single song. There are a ton of twist and turns on it that will leave you very happy!

I got the pleasure of being in the video for "Rise of the Fallen" when they filmed it at The Chance Theater in NY. One of the best concerts I ever been to.

Stoked I ordered this through the IndieGoGo. First time I ever saw Chimaira was Bills Bar in Boston with Ill Nino, 40 Below Summer and Factory 81 in like... 2003 I believe? Maybe 2002? Can't believe it's been that long. Can't wait for this.

It is still Chimaira, but new Chimaira, and the new Chimaira kicks ass. Mark vocals are sick, Emil's solo is great, it sounds so melodic and metal at the same time. I'm pretty sure that new album will blow my mind. Chimara rocks! And sorry for my English.

To people complaining about the lineup I assume all of you know bands all gi theough lineup changes and look at bands like megadeth at one point dave was the only original member left there are no more original members left in napalm death but those bands keep on going.

It's an improvement,songs are much riffier, and the Solos...it's gooooooood

i love both songs i hate to say this but i think this lineup can work ben a chimaira fan for years back when the nu metal album come out still a underrated classic from 2001.

They sound good, its new, technically its a NEW band...and I am looking forward to where they take things. Although I DID find myself not liking the riff upon first listen but I think I was expecting the the Chimaira of yesterday, upon 2nd listen this IS a great song.

Kickass song! Definitely sounds like classic Chimaira, but the riffs have some different feel to them. Great drum patterns. Cool guitar solo. Hope there are some bigger more "epic" tracks on the album as well.

It's not bad. I will hand it to Emil and Austin for filling some big shoes. As a native Ohioan though, it was so much cooler when they were all Clevelanders. Give me the lineup and style from Impossibility of Reason and Resurrection over this. But I will buy the CD and judge it then.

No actually he's right, it was Ben Schigel who performed the drums on The Age of Hell album. Austin joined after it was recorded. You can even tell the different styles of the way they play the drums, comparing these new songs to The Age of Hell songs. A true Chimaira fan, as you call yourself, would know that.

seems like youtube f'd up the mixing but song kicks ass keep up the good shit! its a good stage in the evolution of the band, as mark and the new crew get used to thing the songs will be unstoppable. all of the non believers and haters were never really Chimaira fans anyways and will not be missed.

A new style which takes a few listens to get into if youre an older chimaira fan but its still quality material. I just hope there is a break out track like how resurrection, pure hatred, and nothing remains were to their respective albums. We haven't seen a song like that in the past two albums. Not to say that the songs are bad, but they aren't songs that will keep people coming back for years down the road. A song that makes people cream their pants when the band begins to play it at a show

RA had such a distinctive vibe throughout his chimaira career. Emil wrestler is a fantastic guitarist but when doing the leads RA does on the previous songs sound so very different now imo.

If they lost Mark, I would have stopped listening to new Chimaira. But since he's still the "brains" of the band, I'm in. Haven't been disappointed in an album since I started listening on Ressurection. To the dude that stole a bunch of burned cds and lots of other cds out of my car one night after busting in two of my car windows, Id like my Ressurection cd back. K Thanks.
