Always loved this song. The little "whaoh" Mark put on the end of the trail of his scream leading out of the first chorus is possibly my favorite part of the entire record. Pure magic.

Hey Rob! Just wanted to extend my gratitude for all your videos! It was the guitar work on The Impossibility of Reason that made me want to learn guitar. One of my favorites! That artificial pinch harmonic is what sold me on Chimaira. I heard that song at Barnes and Noble on a kiosk that let people listen to bits of songs and that harmonic is what caused me to run out to buy the album.

Excellent video! This is one of my favorite songs from The Impossibility Of Reason. That album was the first I heard from Chimaira. Hopefully you will make quick riffs of "Scapegoat", "Trigger Finger", "Secrets Of The Dead", "Destroy And Dominate", "No Reason To Live", "End It All", "Try To Survive", "On Broken Glass ", any of them would do. Whenever I play guitar, this is typically the song I warm up with. Not so much for fast technique or anything, but it gets my groove down, which I think is so important. Also, I saw you guys back in the day at the House of Blues in Chicago when Emil just started playing bass for you. You opened with this and Impossibility of Reason (the song). Cant remember what was first vs second (pretty sure this song was first) but man, what a great two songs to open with.
