Hey Rob! I had to come back to this video cause im trying to figure out more about that cab! I dont see much about them on their website! Just curious, does that cab have stereo or is it just a mono cab? Mine doesnt have any thing on the back saying what it is!
I know I'm late to this but my absolute favorite chimaira song is The Venom Inside. The intro riff is sooo sweet and the groove of the verse just kicks so much ass
Awesome! I know you'll love it! I'm a Floyd guy through and through, so that's always going to be my preference. But the Evertune is sweet too! I like having a couple guitars around with Evertunes. 🎸
Thank you for taking time and doing these videos. I'm interested in your ten pack guitar pack can I just purchase those I have had the instruction DVD for years
Rob, I see you liked my comment so I gotta say you have some magic in those fingers my boy that 2012 CD “UNDEAD” bro I thought it was Olie.. It took me like a couple months really digest that album and man I still go to that thing every three months. It’s really up there for me. I mean maybe it’s because 6 feet under didn’t have a good album since commandment. I’m not sure. Either way unborn undead 🤩 I’m all about it! I’ve got a band too they’re called NekroMonicon and hey if you want check it out! Hey the power of riff compelled me 😂 Daily metal uploads if I can! Practice makes perfect I’m not very good mostly too Strings well keep shredding brotha! Do some more death metal. If you could do another album like undead in this day and age, I’ve got some amazing song names off top of my head (nekro butcher brain matter, arise nekro troops from hell, dominator domination, shredding the stratosphere, etc) Groovy!
Great video! Talley is definitely under-appreciated. Not sure how he didn't get the gig with Slayer, after Lombardo left. I was never a big Misery Index fan, BUT...they managed to have two of my favorite drummers with Talley and also great (and also under-appreciated) Adam Jarvis. His stuff with PxDx is so good.
Whenever i play chimaira i have to hit all the strings with much more aggresion than any other band. Especially that main riff from wvery thing you love. My strings hate me during that riff they get beat down
Rob, your channel is like a time machine. Watching you rehearse alongside Jim definitely brings back great memories. It's crazy to think that it's already been 23 years since I bought "Pass Out of Existence." Time flies. Either way, I love watching your videos and feeling like I'm 21 again (like you, I was also born in 1980). A big hug from Spain, my friend, you are doing a great job.
You SHOULD do a bass restring video lol. You'd be surprised at how many people have no idea how to do it properly. I remember restringing in my old band and everyone thought I was some weirdo for stringing my bass like that, ya know... the way you're supposed to do it lol.
@@RobArnoldWorld heck ya buddy! Still have Westside and the ICP in the playlist. I remember the first time I heard you guys. And then right after Impossibility came out started going to see y’all when I could in Dallas. 1st time Kevin was drumming then finally got to see Andols line-up later on. Anyways, love you guys. Love the videos!
Awesome bro! Please do Lumps and Pass out of existence next. Do the whole album. Love this album. It was ground breaking and timeless. Still digs to this day.
