We are so privileged to film this Simbu Day celebration in Goroka Eastern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬. Although the weather that day wasn't really friendly, we did manage to capture some of the moments before the rain poured. It was such an amazing experience to listen to the chants, see dances and the vibrant colors and bilas (cultural dress) these people proud wear. All the performances were done by Simbu students of the University of Goroka.
