Amazing location. I’m the same way when it comes to batteries for long range. I feel way more comfortable predicting how much battery I have left on my DYI Li-ION packs than on Lipos. Proximity flying is such a rush. I got a little too close to a couple of trees for confort this weekend on my last flight/video haha. Congrats on the awesome flight. Cheers!

So, you’re into Li-Ion too? :) Honestly, the only advantage I see is that they charge quickly, but I don’t notice any difference in performance! :) Yeah, proximity flying is such an adrenaline rush... I promise I’ll check out your videos because I’m really interested. I see you’ve got a great LR drone - congrats! Right now, I’m exhausted and have a bunch of stuff to catch up on. But like I said, I’ll definitely watch your videos because I’m genuinely interested. I love LR more than anything, haha! Good luck, bro, talk to you soon!

@@Wild__FPV for sure! And yeah this last pack a built I used Molicel p45b cells which have a rating of 45A continuous draw. I built the pack as a 9000mah 6S2P so 90A continuous which lets me fly it almost like a lipo! So yeah big fan of Li-ion! And no worries man, I’m starting to check out your videos, awesome content. Use "gps rescue" when You don't Know what is going on around you or in case of danger

Oh yeah, definitely, haha! But here's something I didn't mention in the video: the drone was flying all over the place, so I had to turn towards it to keep the signal strong. As I turned, I nearly tripped over a rock. That's when I realized exactly what you're saying now...
