The best moment of this video is when Fubuki ran up to Decky to give him a hug when he was still upset. That was too sweet! And of course when Bonbon said he was sorry and they did their little embrace. :)

Fubuki went to comfort Decky. Lovely. Decky showed friendly gestures to　ＢｏｎＢｏｎ　 finally.

Decky-san is the best! He is a kind and noble soul.

I always notice when there's a verbal "situation" brewing that the young juveniles stay quiet & never make a move unless it's to follow their Mama or an ally away from the conflict... : )

Even though they are no longer housed together for decky's safety i think Bonbon and Decky would still pretty much get along most of the time even today. Especially with Bonbon being a much calmer Chimp and Decky being pretty much over being an alpha. Decky helped raise Bonbon too and at one time they were super close.

Seems like whenever Cherry is in heat, Bonbon is going to get into trouble with the leading male. Kenta is missing, Decky is next in authority and Bonbon is sniffing up Cherrys butt again. lol will he EVER learn?

Guessing Bonbon made angry Decky, Decky charged originally then seemed to be mostly chasing, demanding for reconciliation for his behaviour. Got what he wanted after calming down a bit, all is well.

This video has inspired a theory. That chimpanzees are able to keep the peace better than human beings, because the males aren't afraid to show their feelings. I can't speak for other societies because I don't know, but it's pretty common in America for fathers to teach their sons to not show their emotions, because it shows weakness. In my opinion, whenever that is true, then the son has to grow up, alone with his emotions... and never gets taught how to control them. Not in all cases of course, but anyway. It's just a theory.

Watching Bon Bon run for his life LOL Leads me to believe that he is *NOT* ready or able to be the alpha male !! Seems Kenta will be the alpha for a while longer !! LOL Wish we knew why Decky was so so mad displaying & his hair bristling as he ran around the whole habitat ?? Dominance display to intimidate ? Food disagreement ? Wow, this is the second one I've seen where BobBon had to run for his life, lol. What's the deal with Decky vs. Kenta? They never come out together, do they? At the end there it looks like Decky and BonBon really are pals :-)
