evaluate which boats are in the exercise what form of communication are they using, how often do they contact each other to coordinate, what line of communication relays orders, tactics, and type of resupply they receive at sea what port did they come from, how much fuel they consumed. Taiwan and the US need to study these deployments more they provide the key to pausing any operation undertaken by the CCP. studying supply chains for the invading force is paramount
