China-Russia relationship has become a fine example for major countries and neighboring countries to treat each other with respect and candor, and pursue amity and mutual benefit, Chinese President Xi Jinping said in a small-group talks with visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin in Beijing on Thursday.
Xi extended welcome to Putin, who is paying a state visit to China on May 16-17, and congratulated Putin on his inauguration as president of the Russian Federation for a new term.

And nowadays you don't even have that freedom. Cancel culture sends people to jail because of FB posts so not even more freedom than in Russia and China.

China never consider India as enemy, but india does consider China as one. Russia ties with India is mainly for trade and have no direct political ties whatsoever.
