Taking your ebike into a coffee shop, art gallery, etc even if they allow you as a joke or for fun, is clearly bad manners. And he took it into a hospital too! Wat da heck!!
This blew me away. I was in Chengdu in ‘93 and it seemed like I was one of two Occidentals in town. It was soooo remote. There were as many cars in the city as were parked in one of those car parks. Forget the ebike growth, the whole city is expanding like the Milky Way. (Sorry about the smog though; the sky was clear blue then.) Blown away.
Love the video! I'm living in Vietnam and here is also insane. More and more Ebikes everyday. So funny all the places you took the bike. Also at the end, when you get next to the people doing Tai chi LOL. Keep the good videos! Let me know If you ever come to Danang
Crazy coincidence, I was in Danang just about a month ago. Really fun place, I especially liked Hoi An. It wasn't me in this video (it was Deven), but thanks for your comment.
Music with Morals .... If there is a place for and foot rests for a passenger, you are good. If there isn't and they are just sharing the seat with you, then a Policeman can be picky and make a deal about it. Thx and God Bless
Absolutely. He is the only one riding an ebike in a cafe, a hospital, an art gallery, an elevator, and a dancing class. See the looks on the locals' faces watching him? They probably think this white barbarian has no idea of human decency... but he is a guest, so let him do his barbarian thing. This is called culture.
I don’t think he can do that... i also live in chengdu.. i think he talked with the shop manager or owner to shoot the documentary..... nobody does that around here
People in America don't care about practicality, they care about looks and the perception of safety. There's a reason why SUV and truck sales are through the roof here and the F150 is one of the most popular family cars Maybe when gas prices skyrocket and we have another recession when everyone defaults on their auto loans ebikes might have a chance, and I really hope they do, but sadly right now they're mostly used by people with suspended licenses because of DUIs and weirdos in Silicon Valley
Ebikes only make sense in very dense urban spaces, which China is filled with, so their popularity here makes sense when you look at it in that way. America has a distinctly suburban, highway culture which necessitates cars but most places in China are not really like that.
Magno Lima : LOL not true at all, i rented an ebike in Rio 2011 for the first time from "E-moving!"... then i had one for a week at Rio 2016 olympics! from RIO.ELECTRIC! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-28JuGq_enEo.html
