1 Tbls Chinese Cooking Wine
5 Tbls Soy Sauce
2 Tbls Honey
1 Tsp Salt
5 Tbls Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tsp White Pepper
1/2 Tbls Chinese 5 Spice
1 Tsp Red Food Color (Optional)
CRISPY PORK BELLY
1 Pork Belly
SALT & 5 Spice BATH
50 Minutes
Salt Top AIr fry for 30 minutes at 200C

Recipes looks fantastic thank you for sharing. I have some questions... 1. Did you have to flip the meat at all during the cooking process? Was it uncovered the whole time? 2. When removing from oven, did the pork need to rest in that very same baking tray where I presume the juices that came out were reabsorbed? If so, how long would you say it needs?, 10-15min?
