*Marinate: (3 Hours)
3 Pieces Chicken Thighs

1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
2 Tbsp Oil
After 3 Hours Add 3 eggs
*Sambal Anchovies
1/3 Cup - oil
1/2 Cup - Red Onion

1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp SamBal
1/2 Cup - Tamarind
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Cup - Fried Anchovies
