@@istvancsap3513 in Africa we dont do all that but our teeth are naturally white and smooth coz of food that we eat and also we brush our teeth often so we dont do those kind of stuff to make our teeth white instead we brush often and eat healthy

@@Iroshafu Well it's because you're young still. I had perfect teeth 'till i hit 30, then one by one my molars started to degrade a bit, got a few fillings, then waited a few years without much problem, and during pandemic one of my canine teeth got infected (still don't know how, i brush and floss regularly), and got my first and second root canal in my life during a 3 month period. Now i rinse everyday with antiseptic, but it fks with the gut bacteria somehow, so i need to lay back a bit on that, though granted, my teeth stopped going bad as of now....
