We had a feast for both our eyes and palate at Jade, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore sampling Chef Leong's artistic dishes and found out more about Soup Restaurant's origin story, before moving on to Summer Palace, at The Regent Singapore where we got to sample some of their classic dishes that won them that one-Michelin-star for five years in a row.
