For those interested in my glucose response, there was none. In fact, my glucose dropped by about 12 points over the course of 2 hours.

What I love about ChipMonk products (especially the cookie bites) is that Colton likes them as much as non-keto cookies and I feel good that he's not getting a bunch of sugar, flour, and probably soybean or canola oil.

Colton brings it every time. I am on Chipmonk email list and they had a batch sale of brownies few weeks ago so I ordered. I like the good chocolate flavor and not very sweet which is good. Since keto I like having items not too sweet. Great company.

Colton! What a funny kidlet! It will be interesting to learn what Courtney thinks of the brownie and frosting. I remember her saying she's not that great at identifying flavors well. She will have to break the "too chocolatey vs. just right chocolatey" debate. :)

I think these are okay but I really love their sandwich cookies, especially the carrot cake ones. Small batches so they don’t have but a few of the sandwich types at a time.

Great video guys as per usual! I’ve come close a couple of times but never actually ordered anything from Chipmonk. The brownies look pretty good! I bake my own with the Duncan Hines keto mix & they have a good flavor ( in case you find any on clearance.) But I usually tweak them a bit to improve the texture & add a few Lily’s chips, pecans & Maldon salt ( on top) . You almost don’t know they’re keto. I don’t like walnuts but wanted to put my vote in for pecans in case Chipmonk asks for feedback. Thanks Steve & Colton!

You guys are just too adorable. Steve, I do have a question, in your opinion what would you say is the best artificial sweetener to use on my Keto journey? I do like sweets occasionally, but it seems that most of the sweeteners have carbs in them. I'm so confused. What say you?

Allulose. My favorite is probably the Splenda brand of allulose. I’ve been told that the “natural flavor” in it is stevia, so it’s a smidge sweeter than other brands.

Just an observation - don't know if anyone else caught this - but, my immediate thought on hearing Colton being asked to describe whether he thought these brownies tasted like "Keto food or real food" was Hey! Keto food IS real food! And maybe "realer" than real... Words matter. I wish I could offer a suitable alternative, Maybe the crowd here can?

can't help but wonder if it is fair, or helpful to our cause of sharing a healthy lifestyle, to use comparison words like "real food" vs "keto food"... which just builds in a negative stigma about keto food, and implies it is NOT real food... which is confusing. perhaps a better comparison would be "high sugar/carb food" or "unhealthy food" vs "low sugar/carb food" or "healthy food"... especially when being presented by the healthy voice...

Alana........ that's not a fair comparison either. Just because something is Keto doesn't mean it's "healthy." Many Keto items have maltodextrin and raise people's blood sugar. Everyone that chooses to be Keto has to find their own plan.

@charleneb330 I totally agree with your point, I lean towards clean keto myself, which is why I gave 2 options on either side, so that you can choose what is appropriate for the given situation. Sometimes I use a comparison of "worse" vs "less-worse" if I'm stuck in a situation with no good options in the moment. There are many other ways to say it, too. I disagree with your labeling of me, as I did not tell/command anyone what they need to think or do... I merely politely posed a question for consideration and conversation (what this community is built around)... i think our word choice is important for how others view our lifestyle if they are ever to consider giving it a try.
