I'm from Nigeria with 4c hair and as a kid people would complain about how “hard” it was to do, even with a relaxer. By last year I decided to cut all my hair off and just take care of it my self and I started my loc journey this year. Some people like it, some don't, but the most important thing is I'm happy with my hair 😊❤
You just don’t know how I wish I was closer to you so you could start my locs. But we’re too far away from each other!! I pray I can find someone with your knowledge and care you put into your clients!! 😇
Your hair type is very similar to mine and i feel what you said about going natural. Loving who i am and my hair in it's natural state has been enhanced by going natural. It almost seems obvious that locs was the natural progression. I love my baby locs and they just started to bud.
I absolutely loved this video. ❤ sometimes at work, I wonder if there are any places in the world where I can just be me… go to work and not be under so much pressure to conform. I subbed after seeing your family’s hair❤
I love your texture! When I started this loc journey I envisioned my starter locs standing up like yours do but my hair is so soft and has a looser curl pattern, so it just layed down with maybe 1 or 2 standing up here and there🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂 But in that I learned more about my hair and am embracing what I have. ❤ I always love your videos…thanks for sharing!🫶🏽
I'm a new subscriber & have questions. I started my loc journey on 8/10 my hair is thin & my locs look like Spaghetti. I'm almost 3wks in & they are starting to unravel. When should i go back for a retwist? my parts are starting to dissappear 😢
