I don’t typically leave comments, but this video really resonated with me I’m in the same boat and bio major Senior year African parents You know the deal I also have a RU-vid channel I’ve grown it to almost 10,000 subscribers and I agree when you’re not your best self it’s hard to really give your best self online and I feel like taking care of my mental will take care of everything else as well, so I really appreciate you giving me this reminder to just take care of myself and trust in God
